Parent-Teacher
Under the Student Services Department (SDS), Charisma High School has a Parent-Teacher Interaction (PTI) service through which parents and teachers engage with each other. Through the PTI, parents can follow up on their children's school work, as well as propose any relevant system, process, method or activity that school administrators closely consider for the betterment of academic outcomes and student engagement with learning.

Parent Involved
Teachers at Charisma High School endeavor to interact with their students' parents in order to provide updates regarding academic progress. Parents have also been active participants in activities such as goal-setting, development of classroom activities and are thus important sources about knowledge regarding how each student's engagement with learning may further be deepened. The majority of parents have made the commitment to be supportive of learning at home.

Parent Access
Parents of Charisma High School students are provided with all the pertinent contact details of staff and faculty involved in their children's education. These Charisma personnel are accessible during office hours, although teachers are given discretion as to whether they will permit parents to reach them outside of office hours. Charisma High School has a 24/7 chat service through which parents may also contact personnel in cases of emergency.

Regular Communication
Charisma High School regularly communicates with parents. Charisma High School also has an online forum that allows access to parents. Through online tools such as group chats and video conferencing, Charisma High School leadership can hold meetings with parents and their children.
